With over 14 years of experience since finishing her Master's in Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton, Charlene has worked in numerous top multidisciplinary clinics in London and Dubai. Her extensive experience working alongside world-class orthopedic consultants, pain specialists, rheumatologists, and sports medical clinicians have given her a wealth of knowledge regarding diagnosing and liaising externally when needed.
Charlene's positive approach to life shines through as a physiotherapist. She Is compassionate and caring and goes over and above for all her patients.

Thomas is a Physiotherapist, researcher, and educator with over 16 years of experience in musculoskeletal and sports medicine. Clinically, he has worked across multiple sectors, including public health, private practice, and professional sports. He practiced on London's Harley Street for many years as a spinal specialist Physiotherapist and with Olympic athletes at the English Institute of Sport. He has worked extensively with athletes from professional soccer, rugby, boxing, and inter-county GAA. In addition to his role at Bespoke, Thomas works as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in the Neurosurgery team at Cork University Hospital.
He holds a first-class degree in Physiology from University College Cork, a Master's in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia, UK, and a Master's in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland, Australia. He is currently completing a PhD at Technological University Dublin investigating the rehabilitation of athletes with back pain. He teaches internationally on the area of spinal rehabilitation and athletic back pain and has numerous peer-reviewed publications.
His main passion is in the management of patients with spinal pain, with a particular focus on developing targeted exercise medicine programs. At Bespoke Physiotherapy, Thomas reviews complex musculoskeletal and sports injuries, helping clients overcome their pain and injury while moving towards greater health and confidence.

With over 17 years working as a musculoskeletal and sports podiatrist Greg has gained experience working in a multidisciplinary clinical setting alongside orthopaedic and sports medicine consultants in Manchester, London, Belfast & Dublin. Greg has also gained experience treating many professional athletes across all disciplines, including Premier League football, British triathlon, ECB, LTA, GAA, IRFU, Athletics Ireland, etc.
Greg has completed a BSc (hons) in podiatric medicine and an MSc in podiatric surgery and has undertaken his doctoral studies in biomechanics.
Greg is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow.

Niamh Brady MPhty MSc BSc (Hons) MISCP
Specialist Physiotherapist
Niamh has been a physiotherapist for 15 years and has worked in various clinical and academic settings. She qualified as a physiotherapist from Trinity College Dublin in 2009. After working in hospital and sports environments, she travelled to Queensland, Australia, in 2013 to complete her Master's in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She then moved to London, working in top musculoskeletal and sports clinics alongside orthopaedic consultants, pain specialists, rheumatologists, sports medical clinicians and rehabilitation specialists. In 2016, she moved home to Ireland and has continued to work privately while also commencing a PhD to investigate the role of Virtual Reality in the Rehabilitation of Shoulder Pain. She now lectures part-time on the Physiotherapy Masters Programme at University College Cork.
Niamh is passionate about working holistically, promoting all aspects of health for optimum recovery from pain and injury. She listens to what is most important to the patient in their rehabilitation and hopes to empower them in managing their recovery.
As a mum of two young children currently juggling work and study, Niamh understands that it can be difficult to incorporate physical activity into daily life. She will work with you to find a healthy balance that is both sustainable and enjoyable.

Liam has been part of the fitness industry since qualifying in 2019, gaining extensive experience as a coach and fitness instructor in various private gym settings. He has successfully coached a wide range of clients, including the general population and individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities or complex injuries.
With a holistic approach to exercise and human movement, Liam emphasises the mind-body connection as a core element of his work. He believes that movement is not just about achieving fitness goals but also about fostering personal development and self-exploration.
For the past two years, Liam has run his own personal training business, Move Strength and Conditioning, where he continues to help clients unlock their potential through tailored training programs.

Rory qualified from University College Dublin in 2017 and has worked exclusively in private practice since then. He also holds a BSc in Health and Performance Science from UCD. He moved to London to work as a Senior Physiotherapist on the famous Harley Street, working alongside some of the top Sports Medicine Physicians and Orthopaedic surgeons in the country.
Rory is competent at managing all musculoskeletal injuries, but his main clinical interest lies in treating post operative knee and shoulder issues and chronic back pain. He has completed further study in these fields to enhance his knowledge.
As an ex-international rower, Rory is passionate about sport and treating sports injuries, but he believes that everyone, from weekend warriors to top athletes deserves the same level of comprehensive care.
